Багато в школі, пам'ятаю, Розповідали про війну, Яка творила Ад із Раю І злом живила Сатану. Тоді – слова, сьогодні ж дійсність: Війна вже вулицею йде. Моєю вулицею! – Дійсність? Ворожість сіє, смерті жне. Ненависть у повітрі свище. Ми люди... Чи фігури гри, Готові все навколо знищить, Як прозвучить наказ згори? Навіщо коримось абсурду? В людину человек стріляє, Не боячись Страшного Суду, Бо свій Диявол більш лякає. Людина ж, прагнучи розплати, Бере до рук огидну зброю. Йде пішака пішак долати, А хтось спостеріга за грою. Лишатись маємо людьми І попри біль, і попри рани, Тоді побачим світло в тьмі І скинемо з себе кайдани.
