THE SEVENTH DAY
On 1st January, Cathy and Sharun spent half the day playing with the kids. They made many new friends in the orphanage. They spend the next two days, trying to complete the to-do list but, they couldn't. Aamir Khan was in New York and Cathy couldn't find something that, no one had ever done before.

And after spending the whole week together, finally the day came, the day of departure. Cathy and Sharun came back to the same place where they first met.

'I'm sorry, we couldn't complete the list.'     said Sharun

Cathy smiled.

'We know, we did our best.'    replied Cathy

'So, I can  say, you have changed your mind ?'    asked Sharun

'Hmm...during these days, I was so happy that, I actually forgot why we started it.'   replied Cathy

Sharun chuckled softly.

'You showed me, many reasons to live.'   said Cathy

Cathy cont'd    'To be honest, life is quite strange. It plays a great game with us. At one point we think, we are done, everything's over and at the very next moment, there'll be someone, willing to help us. Though we have nothing to give them in return.'

Sharun smiled.

' Ohhh.. I think it's contagious. Spending few days with you, made me play with riddles. I'm acting like a philosopher.'     said Cathy

' It's good to meet someone like you. I mean you are so rare. '   said Sharun, in a low voice.

Sharun couldn't complete his sentence as he ran out of words.

' Okay. Don't propose me, Harshita is still waiting. '    said Cathy

Sharun laughed.

'No no. I'll never propose you. You are something totally different and, special.'    replied Sharun

'I think I should leave now.'    said Cathy, taking two steps back.

'Yeah. Bye. Meet you again, sometime at some other place and not the cliff.'    said Sharun

Sharun and Cathy laughed.

After talking for few more minutes, Cathy walked down the hill. Sharun stood up, on the cliff and enjoyed the sunset.

Though Sharun and Cathy spent a week together and shared all their secrets, they never shared their contact informations with each other.
No contact address, no contact number and the only way they could meet each other again, was fate.

Few days later, one day some texted Sharun on Instagram.

Cellphone beeps.

Sharun picked up his cellphone and swiped down the notification bar. He saw someone texted him on Instagram and seeing that persons name appear on his notification, made his smile.
