Sharun and Cathy went to meet Miss Elizabeth.

Inside Miss Elizabeth's room.

Miss Elizabeth saw Sharun and Cathy standing near the door.

'Good morning.'     said Miss Elizabeth, looking at Sharun

'Good morning, Miss...' said Sharun.

Sharun cont'd complete his sentence as Miss Elizabeth interrupted.

'I told you to call me Sister.'  Elizabeth interrupted

'Ohh... Sorry.'     Sharun chuckled

'Come, sit.'  said Elizabeth, pointing at the chairs.

Sharun and Cathy sat on the chair.

'You are Catherine. Sharun, told a lot about you.'     said Sister Elizabeth

'Yes.'     Cathy replied

'Are you a nun?'  asked Cathy

'I was. That was in the past, before I started this.'     replied Sister Elizabeth

Sister Elizabeth cont'd     'He told me why you both are here.'

Cathy looked at Sharun.

'I had to tell her. Otherwise, she wouldn't have given us the permission.'      said Sharun

'Listen Catherine.[takes a deep breath] It's believed that, it took God, seven days to create this world. And, I believe that he took the  most time to create you, me, him and others. You see, we all are his masterpiece. And it takes a lot of hardwork, for a simple painting to become a masterpiece. Every color, every texture, shades...eveything should be perfect. And rightnow, God is painting you, he's adding texture to you. It's just the base, that's why it looks bad but, once he finishes adding texture, you'll be a masterpiece. So, give him some time. Don't tear this canvas too early.'     said Sister Elizabeth, holding Cathy's hands.

Before Cathy could say anything, an autistic boy came in and gave them tea.

' He is working here? '  asked Cathy

' Everyone works here. I don't treat my children as disabled. I train them to be in the front line.'    said Sister Elizabeth

Sister Elizabeth cont'd     'Autism is a strange condition. Though it kills some of your senses, it adds something good in you. And, what is that good? We find the answer here.'

Sharun interrupted   'Sister, I have already heard it so, can I go down and help others?'

'Okay.'     replied Sister Elizabeth

Sharun left the room.

'So, where were we?'    asked Sister Elizabeth

Sister Elizabeth cont'd     'The Good. We find that good, nurtures it and makes it usable for the long term. There are kids who are good at art and craft. We give them perfect job opportunities. If some of my kids are good at cooking, I take their help in my hotel. And, at the each of every month, a good amount of salary is deposited in their bank accounts. '

' Wow. '   Cathy exclaimed

Cathy spent the whole morning, talking to Sister Elizabeth. At noon, when they went downstairs, to the orphanage hall; they saw that, Sharun and the kids had prepared a beautiful lunch for all of them.

They all had the lunch, the lunch was simple and delicious.

After having the ur lunch, Cathy went back to Sister Elizabeth's room and Sharun went out, to help the children build a stage.

Evening.

The kids, Sharun, Cathy, Sister Elizabeth and other members of the orphanage sat in front of the stage.

Sharun went in the stage, took a mic and wished all a good evening.

'Last three hours of this year. Let's make it memorable.'   said Sharun

Sharun cont'd     'There is one girl, who claims herself to be a singer. Let's see how good is she. Let's welcome Catherine.'

Kids cheered for Cathy as she walked up the stage. She took the mic and sang a beautiful song. People loved it.
After her performance, there was a dance performance by the kids, followed by many other activities and games.

At twelve, everyone wish Happy New Year to each other and went to the dormitory.

In the dormitory

'So, how many things are we going to strike down?'     asked Sharun, showing the to-do list to Cathy.

Cathy took the list, striked No. 4 and No. 5  and gave the list back to Sharun.

'Good night.'    said Sharun

'Good night. Have sweet dreams. '     replied Cathy

And, Cathy and Sharun slipped into their own private world of dreams.
