A LETTER
Two days later, Sharun received a letter and a gift coupon from the LENS magazine. He opened the letter and was surprised after reading it. He had won the first prize in the photography contest organized by LENS magazine. The first prize was five lakh rupees, a twenty thousand rupees gift coupon and a two year internship with the LENS magazine.

But, after reading the letter, Sharun was surprised, happy and also very confused. Because, he never submitted his photos to their contest. To check what happened, he opened his laptop and checked his sent mails. He saw that, on 31st December a mail was sent to the LENS magazine at seven in the evening. After thinking for a while, he realized that it was Catherine who sent this mail.

Next day morning, he went to meet the editor of LENS magazine. He showed him the letter, he received from them ; after reading the letter, the editor gave him a cheque of five lakh rupees and an appointment letter. Sharun was happy and he couldn't hide it. Tears rolling down from his eyes and his face was read. He was smiling and inside his mind, he was on top of the world.

ON his way back home, he was thinking about himself. He was talking to himself.

'How big evil are you. Catherine is the reason why you achieved your dream and now, you have completely forgotten her. You are now acting like the normal shitty humans, whom you hated the most and never wanted to be. Today she gave you a chance to stand tall and smile at the  faces of  the people who stopped you and demotivated you from going after your dream. Remember, there's something you can do for her.'

Sharun was confused. He knew it was he, who was talking to himself. But, he felt like it was someone else, who was reminding him about the things he had left behind.

When he reached home, he was still thinking about the words he spoke to himself. He realized that he had become a jerk, he never wanted to become.
Sharun, the old guy  had a motto. The motto was 'Never forget the people who helped you. And, never give a damn about the people who hated you. Hate them back.'

At night, Sharun was searching for a pen. When he put his hands inside the bag, he got a piece of paper. A tissue paper, Catherine's To-do list. He looked at the list and saw two thinks unchecked. 'Do something that no one had ever done before and I want to meet Aamir Khan.' Sharun took that list and pinned it on to the board.
