Do you ever think about that time And it's all blurry in your mind The girl who was running around Playing hide and seek. Laughing with the kids next door. The girl who ran to mommy when her only pain was in that knee she fell on. We all ran to mommy Didn't we? We all knew who to run to. Mommy. Mommy could always help. This girl wishes to have that pain back because the pain now. the emotional pain. Is worse. Much worse. And even Mommy can't help.
