Raze and Jaffar’s jump is successful. But, as they used a damaged time device, after the jump, it broke into pieces.
JAFFAR (confused)
“Where did you bring me?”
RAZE (looks around)
“I think its Mexico.”
Jaffar looks at the broken time device.
JAFFAR
“Fuck! How are we supposed to go back now?

Alex goes back to meet Gordon and ask for his help.
ALEX
“Gordon, I botched it.”
GORDON
“What happen?”
ALEX
“My cover is blow. They saw me.”
ALEX (cont’d)
“That bald guy saw me. Now they know that, I’m coming after them.”
GORDON (nods)
“Okay.”
ALEX
“Can I go back in time and redo everything?”
GORDON
“It can be done but, I won’t suggest it.”
GORDON (cont’d)
“Time is dangerous. A small error could make a big mess.”
ALEX (Face-palm )
“Explain me. Tell me how it works.”
GORDON (clears throat)
“The present is like a stem, straight. Every jump into the past creates a new timeline, something like a parallel universe. Both time lines are same but, the new one will have ya in it. Coz, ya are the reason why a new timeline began. So, if someone other than ya makes a jump, they’ll experience the timeline where ya are present. But, since this timeline never touches the stem, the changes in past won’t affect the present.”
ALEX (exhales)
“Okay. So, I jump into the past, I’ll see myself on the bridge.”
GORDON
“Absolutely.”
ALEX
“I’ll continue playing the game.”
GORDON
“Yeah.”
GORDON (Cont’d)
“Do you have that bald man’s pic?”
Alex shows him the photo. Gordon looks at the pic and remains silent for few seconds.
ALEX
“What happened?”
GORDON (gives back the photo)
“Boi, ya need to be very careful.”
GORDON (cont’d)
“You are playing with the War profiteers.”
ALEX
“Why? Who are they?”
GORDON
“Never heard about the Wolves of Burgundy?”
ALEX
“Only in books.”
Gordon laughs and tells the story of Wolves of Burgundy.
**FLASHBACK**
After Napoleon III was defeated in the Battle of Sedan, he was exiled. He ran into the forests of Burgundy to seek protection from his enemies. He was accompanied by his eight knights and Leona, the most beautiful whore of that country. The knights, who protected Napoleon III, carried a white shield with a black wolf's painting on it. During this period, Leona gave birth to Igor, son of Napoleon III and it forced him to come out of the forest.
Being one of the brightest minds, Napoleon decided to make friendship with Otto Eduards Leopard, the Chancellor of German Empire, who defeated him in the Battle of Sedan. Napoleon and Eduards came into an agreement which was beneficial for both. The agreement was, Napoleon will share the secrets of the French Empire with Eduards and in return, Napoleon, his family and the eight knights will receive recognition in Prussia and Napoleon will be awarded the role of Chief Advisor of the State.
With the help of Napoleon, Eduards defeated King Count Felix Bacciochi, brother in law of Napoleon who took over the vacant throne, in the Battle of Liberate. After his victory, Kung Eduards executed his agreement with Napoleon III and made him the Chief Advisor of the State. As the French empire was on the verge of downfall due to the poor administration of Felix, Eduards had to invest more time developing and rebuilding the French Empire. As he was busy rebuilding France, he entrusted more power in the hands of Napoleon III. And the negligence of Eduards in the affairs of Prussia created bad blood between the population of Prussia and Eduards.
The cunning eyes of Napoleon saw an opportunity in it and he used it. He manipulated the minds of the population of Prussia and turned them against Eduards. Three years later, Napoleon III led his army of the common men of Prussia into the battleground, against Eduards and they were victorious. After the victory of Napoleon in the second Franco-Prussia War, he thrones himself as the King of the Great French Empire, which included the Prussia, France and Germany.
But, during the reign of Napoleon, the Great French Empire faced economic crisis and wild spread of different plagues. The eight knights who took an oath to protect Napoleon turned against him. They painted a red star on the forehead of the wolf which was painted on their shield and called them 'The Wolves of Burgundy'.
After a year, The Wolf of Burgundy grew up into a clandestine society. They gathered the peasants of France and trained them to be fighters. When Napoleon III came to know about this, he ordered his soldiers to execute every single member of that group. Since they were outnumbered, the members of The Wolves of Burgundy fled from the country.
But, on the fourteenth birthday of Igor, at midnight The Wolves of Burgundy attacked the kingdom and, Napoleon III and his family were taken captive. Next day morning, the king and his family were brought into the middle of the city and were beheaded in front of the crowd. After this incident Prussia and Germany were free from France and France was ruled by the Knights.
Generations after Generations, when new members got added to the group, the righteousness of The Wolves of Burgundy was lost. The group which was formed to bring peace to the nation had become the war profiteers.
And today, there's an old saying in this new world about them....
-If you were cross paths with a wolf, you will end up killing yourself.
