Sometimes the strong are overlooked

Being kept down, almost locked in chains. Feeling that you don't have a voice to properly ask for help. It gets hard sometimes when you are used to a certain way or people except things of you, from you because it's seem like the person is strong. But you're really not. Like the saying goes " Strong people have their down days " So we have to check on them from to time. Because no one can do everything on their own.
