A not so perfect life!
Within a blizzard of snow, I stood with open arms. I closed my eyes, feeling every bit of it touching my face. Unfortunately for me it wasn't cold. Heck, it wasn't even winter yet! It was a storm I created, in my own crappy apartment room, in the middle of a hot summer day. And no I wasn't playing pillow fight with my bestfriend. Better yet, I was playing on my own.
Believe it or not, I'm a boring person, and that goes without saying.
'Looks like I'll have to buy myself a pillow, again' I mumbled to no one in particular.
Sighing, I looked around the room. I could feel the walls caving in, as if it was trying to devour me. I closed my eyes shaking off the feeling. Since that day, the day a decision was made by someone who didn't even have the right to do so, my life changed. I wish I could say it was for the best, but wouldn't wanna lie now, would we.
Without wasting time dwelling about the regrettable past, grabbing a pair of jeans and a worn out grey t-shirt, I made my way into the shower. As the droplets of water crawled down my skin, kissing every inch of me, pure bliss rose residing in the core of my body. As if I was an untouched book, i felt free from the grip of people trying to control my life.
'HOLY CRAP' i shouted on top of my lungs, seeing the clock on the bathroom wall. People being late and me myself not being punctual is one of the things I hate the most in my life. Let's save what I hate the most for later, now, should we.
Rushing a hand through my straight, black hair making it into a bun, I pushed my foot into my black converse lying right outside my bathroom door. My heart screamed READY OR NOT, HERE WE GO AGAIN' as I opened the apartment door, setting foot into my not so perfect life ones again.
