FAITH
Faith burns in my heart,
After much simmering,
Pondering & brooding
Upon Christs Promises
Like fuel to an engine
And like matchsticks
To a gas leak
His Words have become
Great fires within me
Stiring me up
Igniting me on
Setting me to motion
On my onward course
Beyond ground levels
Of Zeros and failures
Beyond the fears
Of mammoth like cauldrons.
