What to do
5 years later
Ryzel walked into the family room, he looked at his dad before sitting down. a slight nod of his head, as a greeting gesture.

"Ryzel is your brother awake?" his father voice was deep, and raspy as he spoke.

Ryzel shook his head, before glancing at a book, he picked up, it felt rough, and the front of it was torn, with a odd creature on the front of it.

he could tell it was a really old book.

"Void!" his father called out. a small dark spirit, with red eyes that look like orbs came floating in the room.

"go wake up, my other idiotic son" he ordered as he gestured for it to leave.

the giggling of the impish creature faded away, as it floated through the wall.

"I need for you, and your brother to go to the human world, for a short time" he informed  Ryzel.

Ryzel looked up from the book to his father, he shook his head vigoriously, as he recalled his time there.

"your brother, will be there as well"

"you have nothing to fear, not as long as that thing following your every move"

his father pointed to an odd creature, a demonic creature, of unknown origin.

it's face looked like a birds, and it head wings growing from it's back, it had a canine body, while it walked on all fours, with bird like feet, it's teeth were as sharp as nails, and could bite through bone.

the creature head red feathers, and black hair sticking up. and the fur covering the rest of it's body was also black with red mixed in.

it was a dangerous beast to let wander around by itself.

it followed Ryzel around, like a guard dog.

Kaze, wandered down the stairs. he yawned as he  entered the family room.

"yo, pop" he greeted. before sitting down beside Ryzel.

"what are you reading?, is this the first thing you did when you woke up?" he asked curiously.

Ryzel shook his head, before pointing to his demonic creature.

the imp like creature came floating into the room once again, a troubling spirit it was, as it giggled mischievously.

"Kaze, I need for you two, to go too the human realm" he informed his second son.

"what, why! I don't trust them, not after what that did to my adorable little brother!" Kaze muttered grumpily.

he looked over at Ryzel, and noticed the fear radiating off of him.

his pet, grew restless as it looked around for any threat that could be looming about.

"Seriously, dad why do we have to go?" Kaze asked worriedly.

"To make you, stronger" he answered back before standing up.

"Ryzel have to get over his fear of humans, and you son , I'm hoping for a miracle" he stated before walking away.

"Leave by tonight will you, take the imp and montrous mutt if you must" he said far away.

"Are you okay?, Ryzel?" Kaze asked while standing in front of him.

Ryzel shook his head, causing his long hair  to swing back and forth.

"This is going to be a long trip" Kaze sighed.

"Let's get going, might as well get a head start on the human world" he suggested.

Ryzel closed the book,  and gently sat it back on the table.

He followed behind his brother, and his pet followed behind him.

They stood 4 inches away, from a large circular portal, that would take them to the human world.

The memory of being murdered at the age of 11, is still fresh in Ryzel mind.

The fear of being killed again, for simply being different haunted him.

A low rumble, was coming from his beast.

"Calm down, Ryzel I won't let anything like that happen to you, not again" Kaze assured him.

Ryzel nodded his head in understandment, as they all stood inside the portal, waiting to be transported.

Within three seconds, they all disappeared into thin air.
