Lots of free time could give you a kind of silence.
A kind of silence that could give you a kind of thinking.
So much thinking could give you anxiety and depression.
Anxiety and fear that could give you fear, sadness and more of pain and more and more of thoughts haunting you somehow.
But there will be those realizations and lessons we could get from it.
Way better than the lessons we could get from our school classes.
It's the lessons that would teach us to be a better person than we ever have been, have become and ever were.
And we will keep getting better and better because of it.
Until we become the most of ourselves and the best version of us.
That's why, it would be so much of a help for yourself not to be so busy all the time.
Have the time not to get busy and occupied with works.
Have the time to think and get those realizations and lessons to become the best version of you.
