Sotto questa pioggia
La dura roccia della torre
Mi sembra viva come il bimbo di una
spiaggia
la palla rotola e la vita corre.
Grigia come l'ombra d'una vecchia
che tocca rughe d' una faccia sconosciuta
che parla poco, ma non é lei che invecchia,
é la vita intorno " piacere d'averla conosciuta"

come diluvio che in cielo scocca
saetta dal colpo sicuro
posa una lacrima sulla tua bocca
Allor io ti baciai
per assaporar il gusto di sale
e l'amor che ti donai
diamante più raro altrettanto non
vale

Com'é facile, giovane notte d'estate,
render per magia una favola.
Le paure e lo scorrer del tempo
scioiemmo nelle luci del fiume

Fears and the passage of time
we scrouded in the lights of the river
between endless kisses at the same time
we shone with the strength of a light.

I spend my life
counting the stars of the sky
instead of enjoying the wonderful spectacle they offer me.
Then night falls and I lose my bill.
