| ᴛʜᴇ ᴛᴀʟᴋ ... ʀᴇᴀᴅʏ? ʟᴇᴛ's ɢᴏ ... ᴏʜ ᴡᴀɪᴛ ?!

A soft tap on the bedroom door interrupted Jeongguk as he was sitting on the bed watching a late night drama on his television.

He glances up and catching to see who was needing his attention.  "Papa, can I speak to you for a moment?" a voice so soft that Jeongguk had to have her repeat what she just said once more.

"Can I talk to you about something?" She repeated her question again alot louder than before.

The young woman stepped forward with her eyes staring down at her feet, playing with the strands of the white carpet in his bedroom.

Jeongguk nodded his head without saying another word to allow the young lady to come in further into the room and speak with him for whatever reason that was pondering her mind at the moment.

Meanwhile, he picked up the remote that was sitting next to him on the bed and turned down the volume, so that the two of them wouldn't have any interruptions.

The young woman starts to slowly make her way up to the foot of the bed and then stopped without going any further than that to Jeongguk. With a slight chuckle, Jeongguk had to pat the side of the bed to motion his daughter to come to him and promise her that he wouldn't bite.

She rolled her eyes by still twiddled with the hem of pajamas top causing the buttons to lifted up and unravel the more she messed with it. "Brae, whatever you have to ask, you can come closer to talk to me about it," Jeongguk stated.

She bit on the side of her mouth as her eyes started to swell up with salty tears.

Brae even sniffed some as she wiped some of her tears away from eyes as if this was a very emotional situation that she never had to experience ever before.

Well, maybe not the most emotional situation as learning more about her mother but this was one of the top five in her book.

Minutes of debating on what she do about the talk with her father, Brae finally stepped forward, coming closer and sitting down on the side of the bed next to Jeongguk who had told her minutes before that it was alright to sit down.

Whatever she needed to talk about her father, Brae took in deep breaths before exhaling out to finally say what she needed to say to her father. "Um, I-i think I've started my p-period today," she finally admitted what's been causing her to be so unsettling to her father.

From that statement, Jeongguk drew in deep breaths as well. Like daughter, like father. He ran his fingers through his dark brown hair as he puffed up his cheeks. He was even sweating profusely.

Jeongguk honestly thought that he was prepared for this day. The day that he would have to talk with him about the currency that may occur with her body.

Boy, was he wrong?

Soon, flashes of his life started to run through as he thought about how all this happened.

Meaning him finding out that he even had a daughter and now raising her on his own.

Well, Jeongguk did get up from his parents and also his bandmates.

They were very supportive of him, assisting him with raising his daughter. He was grateful for everything that everyone did for him.

But, at the moment, it was only the two of them.

"Hello? Papa?" Braelyn called out, trying to bring back her father out from his thoughts.

She waved her hands in front of her father but he never responded to her. Leaving the poor child to figure out what was she supposed to do.
