I got a certificate today. It was for completing an Internship. I also got a letter of recommendation that states that I am trained for Marketing, Human resources, Event management . But, in reality, I attended just one single session. This is the story of most of the interns there. So, now, the billion dollar question is_What is more important? The certificate? Or the real experience? (Keep in mind that if I apply for a government job, I will only be required to show the certificate and dazzle the interviewer. I don't need the real expertise because a government job is permanent.)

Well here in Iran , they need both of them the certificate n experience but if u have family connection u dont need any of them.
