RADIO ANNOUNCER: We should expect high tropical winds, today and during the rest of the week.
LUCAS: This signals great news for our upcoming projects.
LILLI: It surely does. Everything should be perfect. Plus... With the added bonus cheque from the bureau!? We could make history.
LUCAS: I can't wait... Look out!!!

(They ran the lights; collided into a food truck... Lucas's head opens, painting the windscreen red, blood is sprayed everywhere)

Lilli: {groans under her breath} {whispers} Lu... Lu... Lu... Lucas... {coughs blood} Lucas... Are you okay? [starts fading in and out of consciousness] Where... are... you? {feints}

(ambulances arrive minutes later, to the heinous horror looking scene)

AMBULANCE DRIVER: Judging by the look of this... {sighs} Everyone's dead. Red wine and jazz music!
MEDIC 1: I can't get them out!!! Where's the fire squad?
MEDIC 2: They should be here any minute.
MEDIC 1: Any minute, isn't now! She needs now! Or else she'll bleed out and die...
MEDIC 2: {shouts} I think I hear them around the corner! Prep the gurneys!

(the medics, scurry to get the gurneys from inside the ambulances... BANG!!!] [what seemed like two certain deaths; swiftly turns to five. A fleeing armoured van, with a drunken driver, seals fate for everyone) (every supermarket has a supply of red meat... for a week)

FEMALE PASSERBY: Oh bloody hell!!! What happened here?
MALE PASSERBY: Oh boy... Who could've done this? There's bodies everywhere!
FEMALE PASSERBY: I know right. Bodies everywhere {sighs}

(the police arrives)

OFFICER 1: I need everyone to take a few steps back... We're looking at the same things here!
OFFICER 2: You people need to listen... My partner gave you all an order... Listen to him!!!
OFFICER 1: Tanker! (officer 3)
OFFICER 3: Yes sir?
OFFICER 1: Block off the area immediately. Only allow the medics and the fire crew through. Is that understood?
TANKER: Loud and clear, Sir.
OFFICER 1: Good... The last thing I need, is boiled over press interferences.

(half hour later... A sniper was thought to be spotted on the nearby rooftop, of a penthouse, twenty stories high. But it proved to be all speculation. When officers followed up on it.)

OFFICER 2: [Over the walkie] Captain! (officer 1) You need to come see this... Right away!
TANKER: What is it, newbie?!
OFFICER 2: Tell the Captain to hurry... Right away!
TANKER: [Over the walkie] Captain... Get up here!!! [frantically] It can't wait!!!

(Helicopters appear from between the city skyscrapers, maneuvering over suspected buildings)(Officer 1 quickly identifies the crafts as a threat; but his message to his fellow lawmen, isn't heard in time)

(Ashy smoke thoroughly blankets the city, in a sickening scene of disaster. Traffic runs through traffic, as a result of the continuing catastrophe. All that's left, are honks resembling a flat line... Only this time... It was way too loud, to even estimate its decibel record...)
(Twenty minutes away from the catastrophic event, at the nearby park... Families set up picnics)

LITTLE BOY: What's that loud noise, mommy?!
LITTLE BOY'S MOM: I don't know sweetie... Don't go too far.
LITTLE BOY: [shouting] Mommy... Mommy... I saw something beneath the bushes! There's something beneath the bushes!
LITTLE BOY'S MOM: Ailai...
Ailai!!! Be care...
AILAI: Where are you Mom? I can't see you! Mommy... Where are you?
AILAI'S MOM: Ailai! Ailai! I can't see you... Ailai! Where are you?
NEARBY PARENT: Is everything okay over there?
AILAI'S MOM: {starts yelling} AILAIIIIIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NEARBY PARENT: Is everything okay ma'am?
AILAI'S MOM: {grows angry}Does it look like everything's okay, huh? Does it look like everything's okay?!
NEARBY PARENT: You don't have to...
AILAI'S MOM: Just SHUT UP already!!!
...
AILAIIIIIII!!! AILAIIIIIII!!! AILAIIIIIII!!!

(Ailai falls over a hidden rock, as he made his way behind the bushes. He discovers a little book, peaking out of a 10cm wide hole; but as he stretches to reach it...)

(Back at the collapsing city buildings)

AILAI: Mom... Momma... Where are you? Where am I? I can't see anything... Momma!
FEMALE STRANGER: Hello! Is anyone out there? I'm trapped, I can't see anything!
AILAI: Who's there? Repeat yourself... {lamp pole falls}
... ... ... ... ...
FEMALE STRANGER: Hello... What's going on out there?!
AILAI: [starts groaning] Help me please somebody... Help me!!!
MALE STRANGER: {awakes from unconsciousness} Where am I? Hello! Is anyone else out there?
AILAI: [continues groaning] Help... Help... Heh... Heh... Help me... {fades unconsciously}

(Sirens can be heard whaling, in and around the vicinity, for hours without end. The thick foam like smoke stands strong, with no sign of depletion. Ailai's Mother is unaware of her son's primary location. So she rings his Father, who works at the City Hall Zoo. Ailai is in love with animals...)

AILAI'S MOM: {sits down on the park floor sobbing and talking to herself} [whispering] Where could you have gone? Ailai... Where could you have gone? Ailai!!! Come back to me!!!

(Ailai appears from behind the bushes, that he'd disappeared from prior, with a notebook in his shaking hand... He walks towards his mother, limping and scarred. He attempts calling her out; but his voice, barely escaped his mouth. She looked toward the bushes, he stared at her, but all she saw, were bushes.)

{bushes start ruffling}
AILAI'S MOM: Ailai... Is that you?
AILAI: Yes Mom! It's me!
AILAI'S MOM: Ailai... Are you there?
AILAI: [shouts] Mama... I'm standing right here!!! Can't you see me?
AILAI'S MOM: {walks tediously around the bushes} What's that light?

(A strange shadowed figure appears behind her, without her noticing. It hollowed fiercely above her silhouette... Ailai screams, a car slams into a pole as he does, she turns around, figure disappears; and with it, Ailai...)

AILAI: I only see bright lights around me... Where's everyone?
[sighs] I want to see my mom!!! Her name is Kaila. I don't call her that; because I don't want to seem rude... But look at where I am at right now! Isn't that a valuable excuse?
STRANGE VOICE: Where do you think you are right now? This isn't a human care facility. I trust you can see that, right?
AILAI: All I can see is white, because there's nothing else!
STRANGE VOICE: [shouts in anger] Nothing else? Nothing else? Are you rendering me as a mere thought, inside of your edible looking head?!
AILAI: [laughs] I'm out of here...
STRANGE VOICE: How ironic... Don't take another...
AILAI: {screams whilst falling}AHHHH!!!

(Ailai falls through a space, as he tries to leave. As he falls... He lands on a foam like surface. The strange voice, disappearing, almost immediately. As he finds his feet on the strange surface?! Ailai starts to see patterns, that seem to be eyes... He yells, screams, squeaks & bellows with intent! Lights come on, in humanly blinding conditions...)

LEADER: {speaks compellingly} What are you? And... What are you doing in my most, sacred realm?
ADVISOR 1: You look really strange, little thing! You don't seem to be from around here, or anywhere close, to this planet!?
ADVISOR 2: I think I recognize that specie. Young boy...
ADVISOR 1: Young boy?
ADVISOR 2: Yes... He's from a distant planet, called Earth... Young boy...
AILAI: Yes, elder?
ADVISOR 2: How did you get here? Without a scar, even?
AILAI: Ich habe keine Ahnung!
LEADER: What language would that be, Melak (Advisor 2)?
MELAK: Should I be correct... And my memory (cebara) is on point...
LEADER: It better be on point, Melak! Or you'd be the 10th advisor I rid myself off, in the space of sixty hours.
MELAK: Enfant junge... Wie geht's?
AILAI: Ich bin nicht gut, und du?
MELAK: Ich bin gut, danke!
LEADER: [shouts] Melak!!! You're threading on thin ice (inzi)!!!
AILAI: You have ice here? {runs excitingly toward the exit} Oh boy, am I thirsty!
ADVISOR 1: Young boy... What's your name? Does Earth still exist?
MELAK: Let him be, Conar (advisor 1)! We'll get it out of him later.
LEADER: I agree with you. There is no need to rush. Just alert the inner forces, to keep an eye on him.
CONAR: {proceeds with guile to the inner forces} On it!

(Back on Earth meanwhile... Ailai's mom (April), rushes to the aid of a mere stranger, in the nearby accident. The car was almost split down the middle, as it collided into the pole. She struggles to pull them out of the wreckage, after tearing off the door. The electric wires suddenly snapped, dwindling very closely to where she was! She could smell gas... Meaning there was a snappy decision to be made. Save them, risking her safety; or leave while she still could, intact...)

APRIL: {breathes heavily} You at the back... Can you get out on your own? Is the dog okay?
STRANGER: {slightly concussed} I don't feel so good, but I'll try! My dog's not breathing though.
APRIL: Okay! I need you to forget about the dog, and focus on me! Understood?
STRANGER: {throws a tantrum} [starts yelling] What about my dog, and my sister? I can't just leave them here to perish... You dummy!!!
APRIL: [yells compellingly] I can leave you all... RIGHT HERE, to meet an early forsaken grave, if I choose to!!! Yet, I'm still here trying my utmost, to get you all out of this mess cave!!! So don't you dare pick my apples again! Am I understood?
STRANGER: [sighs into tears] ...
APRIL: [shouts] AM I UNDERSTOOD!!!
STRANGER: Yes ma'am... You are.
APRIL: Well said... Wait, wait, wait! Her legs are stuck under her seat. [pants] Is there alot of space under it?
STRANGER: Yeah, there is! What do you want me to do?
APRIL: I need you to kick her feet, so I can get her out!
STRANGER: Kick her feet?
APRIL: Are you trying to pick my apple again?
STRANGER: {looks petrified} No! I won't dare try that again!
APRIL: [sighs hysterically] Just do what I told you to... Now!
STRANGER: {struggles to seeing space below the seat} Where do I kick her precisely? There's very little space there!
APRIL: We don't have much time, before we all are barbequed... [sighs worryingly] Ok! Ok! Just get out... No questions asked!
STRANGER: Look out!!!

(the electric pole falls on the car, as its wires snapped. The strange girl, got away from the subsequent heinous scene, unscathed... Her sister wasn't lucky at all. As her body combusted inside of the car! Ailai's mother, April however, was pitched about 40 yards away from the horrifying incident... Without a probable hint, of a miraculous landing. Someone saw...)
(at the police station, not very far from the park. The captain overhears chatter, that seem to be just noise at first; but quickly identifies it as an emergency call. After getting the location of the caller?! He took some of his officers to the incident near the park. As he arrives minutes later... Another pole falls, with it, another line... Blocking his way to the scene.)

CAPTAIN: {commanding tone of voice} Listen up here newbies! There has been a lot of deaths in this city lately! I don't want anymore tonight! I'm going to split you up, in groups of twos! Am I understood?
COLLECTIVE NEWBIES: [shouts] Yes Captain Sir!!!
CAPTAIN: Spread out and check every inch of a two mile radius! Walk with your first aid kits... [sighs] {looks around cautiously and terrified}  We are the only backup and medical system remaining... In upwards of ten miles from here!
COLLECTIVE NEWBIES: On it Sir!!!
CAPTAIN: Nash... You're with me!
NASH: [smiles] Sure thing boss!
CAPTAIN: Follow my legs, wherever they go. Be mindful of the electric wires.
CAR STRANGER: Over here! My sister and my dog's already dead... But there's a lady, somewhere behind the those bushes! [starts sobbing] Please, you have to help her!
CAPTAIN: Nash... Go back to the truck with this horrified young lady! I'll go check behind the bushes, for the injured woman.
NASH: {puts one hand around her shoulders} Come with me, let's go... What's your name by the way?
CAR STRANGER: My name's Kera.
NASH: Pretty name, for a pretty young lady.
CAPTAIN: I found her! She's close to a glowing book, of some sort! [puffs] Let me turn you over, just in...

(as soon as the captain turns over April on her back... She vanishes, after her body touches the book. The captain is left in shock! Feinting away, as this chapter... As he sees a mystery! A story set up, for many to read deeply.)
