Alright guys lets see I've picked out a pretty spooky case for tonight, so, for today my friends, we will be discussing the case of the south valley slasher, which took place in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In order to understand the reasoning behind these horrific murders. We need to start from the beginning.
Maira Hernandez age 16 was a lovely teen woman with a brilliant mind and "a body to kill for", which is why every boy in the south valley cried out when she picked Daniel Martinez age 16 to be her beloved.
Daniel and Maira were a happy couple. For five years the couple were together, and like most relationships they had their ups and downs, and like most couples, someone is bound to get bored and tired of commitment.
It didn't take long for Daniel to find a new lover, Monica Patrick age 23, the two met at a club on one of Daniel's guys night out. Daniel and Monica met weekly at a motel 6 at 12 o'clock midnight, all this while still being with Maira. This affair between Monica and Daniel lasted for nearly five months before Monica found out Daniel was dating Maira. Naturally Daniel didn't stop at Monica, he later met Alice McDaniel age 23 in a bar. Daniel took Alice to the same motel 6 he took Monica and at the same time 12 o'clock midnight, but Daniel and Alice met far more frequently, effectively dating two girls at once. This fling didn't last long either, Daniel realised he couldn't keep lying to both Maira and Alice, so he ended things with Alice McDaniel in February 11th, 2016.
On March 23, 2016, Maira went on a two month college trip to Italy and reluctantly left Daniel behind because his final exams were about to begin. During this time Daniel and Maira talked and texted each other nearly every night. During the day time Daniel would meet up with a hookup date named Danica Rhodes age 21 at his apartment complex. The two met on tinder and hooked up everyday for approximately three weeks. After the short fling with Danica, Daniel matched with another tinder date named Jessica Portman age 25 a fling that would last only one night. Daniel would end up totalling five tinder dates in the time Maira spent in Italy, Marley Johnson age 18, Katherine Peterson age 19, and Gwendolyn Jaimeson age 27.
Maira would arrive in the states in May 29, 2016, and the murders would soon follow.
