The past without a chance for the future
The seventeen-year - old Ariadne and Rose walked through the park, holding each other hands in the middle of the city. Beautiful new buildings, twilight leaves on trees and walkers did not disturb them.
The girls knew well that society would not accept them.

For the community, the relationship between Ariadne and Rose was immoral, but they knew well that love had no orientation and no expiration date.
- Rose, let's go get some ice cream? - suggested Ariadne girl.
- Okay, then you go to the waterfront and wait there, I'll be back soon!

Without answering, Ari walked moderately to the embankment's borders, but sat there with her legs crossed.
She entirely relied on the preferences of her sweetheart and knew that Rose would bring her the most delicious ice cream.
They're together for more than seven months. Expectation killed her from the inside, but she silently waited for her.

- I'm already here. I’ve bought ice cream for us. - said the girl in love and gave it Ariadne.
- Thank you. - she was more modern and not complicated, so she kissed her lover on the lips wthout any hesitation.
However, these two broke all stereotypes about life and relationships.
Ariadne - as noone knew the price of love, and Rose who valued her - like no other.
They were completely indifferent to others. They knew that this was not the norm in society. People are used to ordinary and moderate life, where there are no heroes and thieves, where everything goes its own way.

- I love you.
- I love you too.
And then everything spun in a crazy pace.
Training, work, all this took away from them those precious times which they lacked.
They began to call each other less, they went away, as if they were strangers.
- Hello. How are you doing? Rose asked the girl. She always calls the first, always stepped up to meet.
- Well, as if everything is fine. Will we meet today? Ari asked her sweetheart.
- No Unfortunately. I love you forever.
And the connection was interrupted, like a red thread that united their disfigured, lonely hearts.

Closer to eleven o'clock in the evening, the girl decided to go to bed.
However, an unknown sense of irretrievability bothered her. She closed her eyes and saw the sky. Pure, as if it is white. The rays of the sun, which gently slapped her too pale skin.
Deprived in memories, the girl fell asleep like a charmed. Surrendered to fatigue and revenge of the night.

• Somewhere far away, but too close •
In the same time, Rose sat on her cold bed and stroked her silky hair, staring at the panoramic view of the window. And she felt nothing but emptiness.
She felt she had lost Ariadne, the straw that was her life-saving city, the invisible hand that holds her in this world.

But for her everything is over.
Books burn out, cartoons are over, the games become not interested.
People turn into clouds.

Going out into the street, she walked into the park with crazy - incomprehensible steps. The girl knew that at the end of the park, behind the fence - there was an abyss.
She went there and she was indifferent to everything.
To the feelings that still burn in her scorched heart. Feelings to her family, for whom she is like a bone in their throats.
She feels she has lost Ariadne, which meant she was losing herself.

Lost among the gray trees of humans, the girl was on the edge of the abyss.
- I will write to her the last letter and I will go forever. - Rose muttered about herself.
Her hands were trembling too, tears fell on a dead sheet of paper, and the wind strove to pull the sheet out of her hands and send the girl to the house, to save the scolded soul from the unfortunate, wrong act.

But everything was useless, the girl firmly held a sheet and a pencil in her hands.
Having gathered her thoughts, she instantly became stronger, doubtless, and so cautious - as far as she could.

"Honey Ari!
We will no longer meet on earth. My stay here is too painful. I give up, however, I ask you to move on. Thank you, Angel, who spent these moments with me, gave me something that I did not find in the Bible."

She walked along the ground with bare feet, stones pierced her feet, and created discomfort, but Rose was indifferent, she was the last to feel pain, earth pain.
The girl was crying at the edge of the abyss and giving up in the arms of the wind flew down. The abyss met her with a strong blow and emptiness.
