Moonlight

My light green optics opened instantly as my mind pondered what happened... walking outside to get my phone out of the car at 11pm... light... pain... I couldn't remember even the slightest glimpse of memory of anything that happened after I had blacked out to utter darkness.
I lay defenseless on the hard cold stone as I glanced around at what was in my limited vision, no living form was in view, but I could feel eyes burning into me. As if there was going to be the horrible light that lead to the excruciating pain once again. I hesitantly reached out my ice cold hands, gripping the wet stone and pushing myself up into a sitting position.
Glancing around once more,realizing the sensation of someone watching me had evaporated. A few loose strands of my light brown hair falling into my pale face as silence echoed throughout the open atmosphere.
I slowly got to my feet, now finally noticing my clothes had been torn to shreds, leaving me without coverage . I quickly grabbed what was left of my pale blue top , slipped it on and slipped on what now looked like shorts, that previously been my favorite blue skinny jeans. Hoping no soul would even ask, I hurried home, keeping to the shadows and bushes as much as possible to at least try to keep up my already doomed reputation.
