Prologue 2
When I reached the street that would take to my street where my apartment was. I noticed someone following me, I felt uneasy about it. Especially as it was dark out but I almost there, would kept walking.
So I decided to crossed the street earlier than intended, walked past the house where this old lady lived that I talked to from time to time. Maybe she was out on her porch or something.
Yeah right, at this time of the night.
I thought to myself. What should I do in this type of situation. If this person were to jump on me. Could I fight him off ? I wouldn't stick around to find out because of fear.
So I burst into a sprint for good measure, of course I heard this person also running. What the hell ?! I thought could've out run them but I guess I miscalculated it. What am I going to do now ? I don't even know if I'm leading an serial killer to where I live. So I ran down a different street away from mines, maybe double back, just maybe lose him.
But this guy just kept after me, it was getting tiring. So by my better judgement I began to slow down just to catch my breath. And my next move by most would be considered of doing a stupid thing. I was exhausted, this needed to stop.
And turning around, I was going to face this head on. Even if...
Even if what ? I thought to myself breathing heavily.
Then I see this assailant as he slows down to stand in front of me.
And it's the guy from the store.
" Why were you running like that ? I just wanted to give you your wallet back. You left it behind in the store, " he said out of breath.
" But why didn't you call out to me ? Not chase after me like some lunatic !
"
" But I wouldn't be able to do this, " he stepped closer, wrapped an arm around my waist then proceeded to give me an full on kiss on the lips.
