Я хочу дивитись у небо, Я хочу дивитись і знати: Сьогодні ховатись не треба, Ніколи не треба ховатись. Я хочу дивитись у небо І його не чекати падіння — Нам більше нічого не треба, Тільки життя наших рідних. І хочу я слухать пташок, Але знову завиє сирена, Війну зупинив би хоч Бог — Нам більше нічого не треба. Лише погасло би полум'я, Лише припинились би вибухи — Як хочу дивитись у небо я І в небі розтанути мирному.
