Teach me the reality of love because i wonder what it feels like.
How it feels like loving the wrong person?
When we are talking their inability to love us with the same intensity as something to doubt ourselves and question our worth- 'Am I hard to love?" Am I not that deserving of being loved by whole?
When it feels too one sided, skinny love at it's finest, we feel we are giving too much of ourselves and even how much more we lose ourselves in the process we would still go on and on just to feel that what we give is appreciated , even if it's visible that isn't.
When you blame yourself for not being worthy, until you feel that you're not even worthy for yourself,, or worth it of being loved: for not being enough, til you became not enough for yourself.
Even that one person we choose to spend our whole life with can fail us. Charge that to experience. I'm telling these because it's what i have felt myself. It doesn't look like it but it's not a waste of time to choose the wrong person and pour so much love for them. It made us realize our capability to give and love.
Love shouldn't make you fell less than who you really are, love should not look like your giving up on yourself while giving too much of yourself to someone else.
If you think or if you find yourself in these moments, do yourself a favor and walk away, rather than lose yourself in the process or trying so hard to stay.
Keep going because when it's hurt life going to teach you something.
