Ambitious Plans

Starting out our day by making plans Whatever we do lets always hold hands Meet up for lunch in the middle of the day. Get all dressed to go see a play. Make reservations for dinner for two. Take some time out on a Saturday so we can stroll through the zoo. Going out dancing making it a night to remember. Run away to our secret place one weekend in December. Lay out on the beach and watch the stars after dark. You get the food I'll bring the drinks So that we can picnic in the park. Instead of waiting on your birthday to treat you like a queen, Everyday that I'm able I wanna give you everything. My desire to make you happy is absolutely true. And these are just a few things I want to do with you.

I Saw a Dream

I saw a dream, and there were you, And there was coldness in your eyes. I wonder what a kind of true Made you become as cold as ice. And later I looked back to get a sense This empty glance was hellish call of past. It used to be a high and strong defense Against the world, the pain and me at last. You looked at me, and peering in your soul, I felt so lonely, as something vital died. And that is what I fear most of all - That nothing gentle will remain inside. Inside of you. Inside of me as well. And nothing will be said to farewell.
